Synopsis
Stargate Atlantis (2004–2009) is a Syfy sci-fi series — watch online on iFILM, all five seasons. Produced by MGM Television and Sony Pictures Television, it follows an international team that steps through the Stargate into the Pegasus Galaxy and finds the mythical city of the Ancients sitting on the ocean floor, waiting.
Joe Flanigan leads as Major John Sheppard, a military man who was never supposed to be on this mission. David Hewlett's Rodney McKay is the team's loudest genius; Rachel Luttrell's Teyla Emmagan is the bridge to local worlds; and Jason Momoa's Ronon Dex — all 6'4" of him — handles things when talking fails. The catch: waking Atlantis also woke the Wraith, an ancient predator species that feeds on human life force and outnumbers Earth's entire military by a wide margin. The gate home is unreachable. The city's energy reserves are running out.
