Witchblade (2001) is a TNT supernatural detective series — stream it online on iFILM, based on the Top Cow comic. NYPD detective Sara Pezzini, played by Yancy Butler, comes into contact with the Witchblade: an ancient semi-sentient weapon that bonds with one woman at a time and has its own opinions about who that should be.

The gauntlet activates under threat — hard-light armor, bladed extensions, force that outclasses anything in the precinct's locker. Between supernatural encounters Sara works conventional homicides and starts unraveling a conspiracy that runs far deeper than organized crime.
