The Neighborhood (2018) is a CBS sitcom you can watch online on iFILM. Dave Johnson, the friendliest man in the Midwest, drags his family to a mostly Black corner of Los Angeles, where his relentless niceness rubs the man next door the wrong way.

Calvin Butler would rather keep the new white folks at arm's length. His wife Tina and their sons warm up faster, while Dave keeps turning up to help whether anyone asked or not. Cedric the Entertainer and Tichina Arnold play the Butlers; Max Greenfield and Beth Behrs are the Johnsons, and every episode grows out of the friction between the two households. The comedy works the awkwardness of race and class out loud instead of tiptoeing around it, all shot multi-cam with a live crowd laughing along.
