Otto Farrant plays Alex, a London teenager who discovers his uncle wasn't killed in a car accident — he died on a spy mission for MI6's classified division known only as The Department.

Recruited against his will by the cold-eyed Alan Blunt, played by Stephen Dillane, Alex is sent undercover to Point Blanc — a remote Alpine boarding school for the children of the rich and powerful. Something is deeply wrong there. The students come in troubled; they leave strangely compliant. Alex has to figure out what Dr. Greif is actually doing before the operation goes too far, with Vicky McClure adding sharp presence to the adult cast.
