Monster (Season 1)

Monster (MONSTER, 2004) is a landmark anime series by Madhouse that you can watch online on iFILM. Dr. Kenzo Tenma (voiced by Hidenobu Kiuchi), a Japanese neurosurgeon at a German hospital, makes a split-second professional call: he saves a badly injured boy instead of a local official. Years later, Tenma discovers the child he brought back is Johan Liebert (Nozomu Sasaki) — a methodical killer who leaves almost no trace. Tenma crosses post-reunification Germany and Czech Republic chasing the man he once saved, while Johan's twin sister Nina (Mamiko Noto) is closing in from a different direction and for her own reasons.
