Synopsis
Tell-Tale (2009) is a supernatural thriller you can watch online on iFILM. After a heart transplant, Terry is hit by seizures and violent visions — and they aren't random.
The new organ seems to have a will of its own: the pain spikes around certain people, and Terry realizes he's carrying a murdered man's heart that wants its killers brought to justice. Josh Lucas plays a man losing the line between paranoia and truth. Lena Headey is the doctor he still trusts, and Brian Cox lends weight as a detective circling the case. Director Michael Cuesta loosely reworks Edgar Allan Poe's "The Tell-Tale Heart" into a modern noir about guilt and revenge — tight, ninety-odd minutes, no slack.
