Vixen (Seasons 1–2)

Vixen (2015) is a DC animated series you can watch online on iFILM. Its hero, Mari McCabe, can borrow the power of any animal alive — a cheetah's speed, a gorilla's strength, a panther's instincts.

Orphaned as a child when greed and violence tore through her African village, Mari inherits her family's ancient Tantu Totem. A flick of her wrist now summons a lion or an elephant. As she digs into her own past and grows into the role of a hero, she crosses paths with familiar Arrowverse faces — Grant Gustin, Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards all lend their voices.

This was the first animated entry in the Arrowverse, released on CW Seed in short bursts. Megalyn Echikunwoke voices Mari and later played her in live action. A bite-sized way into the DC TV universe. Stream Vixen online on iFILM.
