Synopsis
Psycho IV: The Beginning (1990) is a psychological horror you can watch online on iFILM — director Mick Garris's TV-movie finale to the Psycho series, with Anthony Perkins returning as Norman Bates one last time.
Norman is out of the institution. He married the psychiatrist who treated him, and for a while it looked like a real fresh start. Then his wife tells him she's pregnant — and something in Norman breaks. He calls into a late-night radio show under a false name and starts talking about Mother. The film cuts back and forth: Henry Thomas plays the teenage Norman, Olivia Hussey plays Norma Bates, and the flashbacks finally lay out exactly how the obsession took root.
