RuPaul's Drag Race UK (2019–) is the British reality competition you can watch online on iFILM. RuPaul crossed the pond to crown the United Kingdom's next drag superstar — and the prize is its own oddity: no cash, no tiara, just the winner's very own digital series.
Queens from across Britain face a new challenge every week. Build a runway look from junk, write and perform a comedy sketch, nail a celebrity impersonation in the Snatch Game, then strut a themed catwalk. Each episode the bottom two lip-sync for their life, and one goes home. Michelle Visage judges beside Ru, with Alan Carr and Graham Norton trading the guest chair. Winners so far include The Vivienne, Lawrence Chaney, Krystal Versace and Danny Beard.
The format grew out of the Emmy-laden American original, yet this spin-off runs on its own brand of humour — dry, self-mocking, thoroughly local. It's as much about the people under the makeup as the sequins: some of the contestants' backstories land harder than anything on the runway.
