Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2 (1987) is an American horror-comedy directed by Lee Harry — watch online on iFILM. Ricky is now in a psychiatric ward, walking a doctor through the whole history of his family and his brother Billy's bloody Christmas rampage, before the story catches up to what Ricky himself eventually did with an axe and a Santa suit.

A large portion of the runtime is actually flashback footage recycled from the first film, which gives the whole thing an odd patchwork quality. The reason it became a cult item anyway is Eric Freeman's performance as Ricky — the eyebrow work alone has kept clips circulating for decades. This is unambiguously a B-movie product of the VHS era, and if that is what you are looking for, it delivers exactly the right kind of chaotic energy.
