Synopsis
Art of the Devil (2004) is a Thai black-magic horror film you can watch online on iFILM. A young woman named Boom is abandoned and abused by her lover, Prathan — so she turns to dark sorcery to bring ruin down on him and everyone in his family.
Boom's revenge has nothing to do with an argument or a courtroom. She reaches for forbidden magic, and a string of grisly, inexplicable deaths begins to work its way through Prathan's household. The film leans into the body horror of early-2000s Asian fright cinema: less jump-scare, more ritual, curse and the creeping sense that nobody marked for death gets to walk away.
Tanit Jitnukul directed it, and the picture went on to launch a small Thai horror franchise built around khon len khong sorcery. It's harsh and at times genuinely unpleasant — squeamish viewers should steer clear. But if you have a taste for Asian splatter and revenge-by-witchcraft tales, this delivers exactly that.
