Synopsis

Sitara has nothing: her mother is dead, her homeland unreachable. A scholarly family takes her in, and Muhammad — the son of the house — tells her one thing that rewires her life: become wise enough, and any trouble will show you the way forward. She starts learning, first out of necessity, then out of genuine hunger, and over time grows into someone capable of shaping the fate of a whole continent. The show is set at the crossroads of the Mongol steppe and Islamic scholarly tradition — medieval Central Asia rendered with patience and real care for its historical texture. By the end, it's clear why the world might call her a witch.
