Synopsis

On the cold side of the border lives Periwinkle, a frost fairy with silver wings — and the moment they stand close, both pairs of wings light up in an identical shimmer. Director Peggy Holmes builds a story around two worlds kept apart not by hatred but by an old, unquestioned law. Mae Whitman voices Tinker Bell, Lucy Hale is Periwinkle, with Timothy Dalton, Anjelica Huston, and Lucy Liu rounding out a strong cast.
