Synopsis
Two Women (Deux femmes en or, 2025) is a Canadian-French comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Chloé Robichaud and starring Karine Gonthier-Hyndman and Laurence Leboeuf as suburban neighbours pushed to their limits.
Violette is on maternity leave — raw, tearful, unable to explain why. Florence is on sick leave — feeling nothing at all, going through the days like a ghost. Both have the careers, the families, the houses. Neither has any idea what went wrong. When Florence starts an affair, something cracks open, and the two friends find themselves doing something they haven't done in years: whatever they feel like.
Director Chloé Robichaud borrows the title from a beloved 1970 Quebec comedy, but plays it straighter — less farce, more a dry-eyed look at the gap between the life you were promised and the one you're actually living. Stream Two Women (2025) online on iFILM.
