Behind the Hills, Beyond the Seas — known in Estonian as Kurepoeg (Stork Chick) — is a 1967 Soviet animated short you can watch online on iFILM. Director Elbert Tuganov at Tallinnfilm put a small engine on a young stork's back and sent him south for winter, then dropped a sandstorm in the way.
