Synopsis
The Death That Awaits (2025) is an American horror-thriller you can watch online on iFILM. A drifter named Kessie roams from town to town, chasing answers to a mystery from her own past, and signs on to care for a sick teenage girl, Nina, who is haunted by something in the dark.
The household she walks into runs on fear. Whatever is happening to Nina has no name her parents can give it — a strange, frightening transformation the whole family is desperate to stop behind closed doors. Kessie edges closer to the truth, and becomes a suspect herself. The family starts to wonder whether their new caretaker is really as harmless as she seems, or even who she claims to be.
