Synopsis
The Copycat (Podrazhatel, 2021) is a Russian crime drama you can watch online on iFILM. In St. Petersburg, detectives find a body staged exactly like a murder from twenty years earlier.
That old signature belonged to Anastasia Perevezentseva — and now a new killer publicly claims to be her Copycat. Lead investigator Ivan Orekhov pulls in his former student Daria Bravadina, known for methods that make her colleagues uneasy. She pushes further still: to read the new killer, she needs to sit down with Anastasia herself, who is serving out her sentence behind bars. Polina Filonenko, Evgeny Dyatlov and Lyubov Konstantinova head the cast.
