Synopsis

At set intervals a masked figure descends the stairs and works through the captives one by one. Pain, hunger, no way out. Slowly Jay realizes this isn't random — the four of them share a buried past, and the key to surviving is locked inside it. Meanwhile his wife and kids are still out there, unguarded. Bart Edwards leads, with Richard Brake supplying a tormentor's face that sticks with you long after.
Alderson keeps the whole thing pressed into one airless room and feeds the answer through flashbacks, turning a straight torture piece into a mystery about guilt and payback.
