Synopsis

Forensic pathologist Chong (Nick Cheung), his young assistant (Yang Zi) and an elderly guard are taken hostage. The intruders want one specific bullet — pulled from the corpse of a triad boss's daughter. Chong stalls them by handing over a slug from the wrong body. The trick falls apart fast, and the men come back with no intention of leaving witnesses.
Director Renny Harlin, of Die Hard 2 and Cliffhanger, swaps his usual blockbusters for a single-building siege. Almost everything plays out inside the lab, which tightens the screws harder than any chase — nobody can run. If you like lean, bloody, one-location standoffs, this delivers.
