Synopsis
The Karate Kid (2010) is a family martial-arts drama you can watch online on iFILM. Twelve-year-old Dre Parker moves with his mother from Detroit to Beijing, landing in a city where he doesn't speak the language or know a soul.
At his new school Dre falls for Mei Ying, a young violinist, and the crush costs him. Cheng, a bully trained in a harsh kung fu school, turns the boy's days into a string of beatings. Help comes from an unlikely place: Mr. Han, the quiet maintenance man in their building. Han takes Dre on as a student but starts him off hanging up his jacket, over and over, until the chore becomes muscle memory. The lesson lands slowly: kung fu is about composure, not fists, and a big tournament is coming.
