DuckTales (Seasons 1–3)

DuckTales (2017) is Disney's animated reboot of the 1987 classic — stream all seasons online on iFILM. Billionaire Scrooge McDuck is back in the treasure-hunting business, this time joined by nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie, their uncle Donald Duck, and ace pilot Launchpad McQuack. David Tennant voices Scrooge with a full Scottish brogue and barely concealed glee.

Each triplet gets a distinct personality this time round — Huey is the scout, Dewey craves fame, Louie is after the easiest path to a profit. Lin-Manuel Miranda turns up as Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera. The writing runs sharper and darker than the original: real emotional stakes for characters who happen to be animated ducks. Three seasons, 75 episodes.

The reboot earns its place by adding to the existing mythology rather than just redrawing it. Kids get the adventure; adults pick up references the younger crowd will miss entirely. Watch DuckTales (2017) online on iFILM.
