Heo is mistakenly taken to the police. Yeon-kyung later learns his act and takes him to the house.

Returning to Chosun, Heo Im and Heo Jun treat patients. Jun tells Heo the secret of needle case.

Heo and Yeon-kyung decide to break up. He goes to her to say goodbye. Only 3 days are given to them.
