Synopsis

In 1994, two teenage twins were found brutally murdered in a country house. A reclusive local confessed, the case was buried, and that was that. Director Mikkel Nørgaard adapts Jussi Adler-Olsen's bestseller into pure Nordic noir — cold, brutal, with no soft lighting on its villains. Pilou Asbæk is especially loathsome as the ringleader.
