Synopsis
Taken (2002), Season 1 is a ten-part science-fiction miniseries you can watch online on iFILM, stretching from the 1944 Roswell crash all the way to the early 2000s. Three families, bound together by the same encounter with something not of this world, carry the story across the generations.
The Crawfords bury the truth and build a secret government project on top of it. The Keys are abducted and experimented on, father after son. The Clarkes shelter one of the survivors from the wreck. As children take the place of their parents, the aliens' larger design comes into focus, and it all narrows down to Allie — a small girl whose powers the army is desperate to seize. The last chapter forces the family into the hardest choice any of them have faced.
Steven Spielberg produced the whole thing, and spreading it across ten episodes lets the series breathe where a single film would have to rush.
