Synopsis
Legend of Earthsea (2004), Season 1 is a two-part fantasy miniseries you can watch online on iFILM, loosely adapting Ursula K. Le Guin's island saga.
Hot-headed Ged is packed off to a school for wizards, and in a fit of pride he looses a nameless shadow that begins hunting him. Part two shifts to the tombs of Atuan, where young priestess Tenar dreams of the troubled young man and the only way out is fitting two halves of a broken amulet back together. Two episodes, one complete story.
It's a fit for fans of slower early-2000s fantasy — dragons, prophecy, a world knocked out of balance. Just know the script takes wide liberties with Le Guin's books. Stream Legend of Earthsea Season 1 online on iFILM.

In the tomb of Atuan, Tenar is dreaming about a young man in trouble. Ged decides it's time to stand up to Gebbeth, and fight him. And the only salvation lies in bringing two parts of the amulet back together.
