Synopsis

Luc Deveraux, the only survivor of the original program, resurfaces and has to fight back alongside his brother Eric — long presumed dead and now revived — and reporter Veronica Roberts. Gary Busey and Burt Reynolds appear in supporting roles. It's a TV-movie continuation, scaled down from the Jean-Claude Van Damme original, but the core premise — weapons-grade soldiers turned against their creators — lands the same.
