Synopsis
Waking Ned (1998) is a warm Irish comedy directed by Kirk Jones that you can watch online on iFILM. When a neighbour wins seven million pounds in the national lottery, the pair race to find out who. The winner is Ned Devine. The snag: Ned died of the shock, lottery ticket still in his hand.
Jackie and Michael figure that Ned, had he lived, would have shared the windfall. So they cook up a scheme to impersonate the dead man in front of the lottery inspector — and end up pulling the entire village into the con.
