Mr. Wrong

Mr. Wrong (1996) is an American romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM, starring Ellen DeGeneres and Bill Pullman and directed by Nick Castle. Martha has been single long enough to mistake charm for substance — and Whitman Crawford, Pullman's smooth-talking stranger, has charm to burn.

He is attentive, funny, and checks every box until the boxes start looking wrong. Behind closed doors Whitman turns possessive and unhinged, but he manages to seem perfectly reasonable to everyone Martha turns to for help. Joan Cusack co-stars.
