SK8 the Infinity (Season 1)

SK8 the Infinity (SK∞, 2021) is a Japanese anime series from studio Bones you can watch online on iFILM. The show drops its characters into "S" — an illicit downhill skateboard race run through an old mine shaft, where the terrain is rough, the stakes are personal, and the rules exist only to be broken.

Reki is a die-hard regular on the scene. He brings along Langa, a transfer student fresh from Canada who has never touched a skateboard. That turns out to matter very little once Langa finds his footing and starts unsettling riders who have spent years mastering the course. The voice cast includes Chiaki Kobayashi and Tasuku Hatanaka.
