K-ON! (Seasons 1–2)

K-ON! (2009) is a slice-of-life anime comedy by Kyoto Animation that you can watch online on iFILM. High school freshman Yui Hirasawa joins the light music club on a whim — she can't play a single instrument. The club is on the verge of shutting down for lack of members, so they take her anyway.

What follows is less about musical ambition and more about four girls finding a rhythm together. Aki Toyosaki voices Yui, Yoko Hikasa plays bassist Mio, Satomi Sato voices drummer Ritsu. Based on the four-panel manga by Kakifly, the series ran two seasons in 2009–2010, followed by a theatrical film in 2011, and remains a landmark of the genre.
