Season 1
These properties are to die for.
Synopsis
SurrealEstate (2021), Season 1 — watch online on iFILM, ten episodes about a realtor who sells the houses nobody else will touch.
Luke Roman runs an agency that closes "metaphysically engaged properties," which is a polite way of saying haunted. The cases stack up: a boy's imaginary friend who won't let his parents move, a recording studio with a child's ghost in the playback, an open house where the guests start dying one by one. Then it turns personal — a demon follows the team back to the office, and the Donovan house drags Luke's own past into the open.
This is a Canadian case-of-the-week procedural with a dry sense of humor, Tim Rozon as Roman and Sarah Levy as the new hire. Less jump-scare horror, more cozy mystery about real estate with a temper. Watch SurrealEstate Season 1 online on iFILM, all ten episodes streaming.
