Synopsis
Da Vinci's Demons Season 1 — eight-episode Starz fantasy drama, watch online on iFILM. Fifteenth-century Florence, and a 25-year-old Leonardo da Vinci is equal parts artist, brawler, and obsessive inventor.
Lorenzo de' Medici hires him as a war engineer. From there the season spirals: Leonardo's designs fail before they work, a convent falls into apparent demonic possession, and a mysterious Turk keeps pointing him toward something called the Book of Leaves. The chase takes him to Wallachia for a meeting with Vlad Dracula, then to Rome, where he breaks into the Vatican using a handmade underwater suit. Count Riario — the Pope's cold-blooded envoy — is moving to get there first. The season closes on Easter Sunday, when the Pazzi conspiracy against the Medicis finally comes to a head.
