Synopsis
Pretty Smart (2021) is an American sitcom you can watch online on iFILM. Chelsea, a bookish self-styled intellectual, loses her place to live and has to move in with her younger sister Grace — into a house already shared by three cheerful, slightly oddball roommates.
It's a culture shock for her. Chelsea is used to clever conversation and a touch of snobbery; what she gets is a fitness guru, an aspiring actress and a guy whose logic runs on rules nobody else can follow. The comedy comes from her seriousness crashing into their easygoing take on life, and bit by bit she learns that happiness doesn't follow from everything she's read. Emily Osment leads, with Gregg Sulkin and Olivia Macklin beside her.
A classic multi-camera sitcom with a laugh track, made by Phill Lewis for Netflix. Nothing heavy here: eight short episodes for an evening when you want to laugh and switch your brain off.
