Synopsis
LEGO Star Wars: The Padawan Menace (2011) is a 22-minute animated short you can watch online on iFILM. The whole galaxy is built from bricks here, and the saga's solemn drama gets swapped for slapstick.
Master Yoda is leading a class of younglings on a field trip to the Senate when the Force tips him off to trouble. He's sent to recover secret battle plans, but a stowaway padawan named Ian sneaks aboard, itching for adventure. Meanwhile C-3PO and R2-D2 get stuck babysitting kids who scatter faster than the Sith can plot. Anthony Daniels voices the gold droid again, and Mark Hamill himself turns up on the soundtrack.
