Synopsis

Each of the three episodes is a separate case carried by a single conversation. First, a wealthy property developer answers for a skeleton dug up beneath his first project in the former East Berlin. Then a routine domestic-violence case clouds over the moment a powerful father-in-law plants his own lawyer in the room to steer the story. Last, a cold case resurfaces and an inspector gambles everything to coax the location of a victim's body out of a serial killer's loyal partner.
