Season 2
Expect the unexpected.
Synopsis
Season 2 of Big Brother (2001) tears up its own rulebook — watch it online on iFILM across thirty episodes that turned a watching game into a strategy game.
The big change is the Head of Household. Power now sits inside the house: the weekly HOH nominates two players, and the housemates themselves vote one out instead of phoning America. The stakes spike fast. By day ten one contestant is expelled for jokingly holding a knife to a housemate's throat. The Chill Town alliance takes shape around the slippery Will Kirby, a showmance flickers between him and Shannon, and the scheming turns colder and sharper. Then the outside world breaks in: September 11 happens beyond the walls, and the cast hears news no one prepared them for.
CBS rebuilt the format from passive surveillance into open competition, and this is the season that fixed the machinery the show still runs on. A jury of evicted players returns to crown the winner. Stream Big Brother Season 2 online on iFILM.
