Synopsis

Hurricane-wrecked New Orleans is sliding into chaos, and a string of grisly killings keeps piling up. Detective Sean Riley (Johnny Strong) just buried his young son, lost his marriage and is one bad day from losing his badge. Paired with homicide cop Will Ganz (Kevin Phillips), he follows the bodies toward something far uglier than a turf war. Tom Berenger, Costas Mandylor and Method Man round out the cast.
