Synopsis

Dennis Quaid plays Don Quinn, a widower who rules a big family — and his own ideas about how things ought to go — with an iron grip. In walks Matt (Brent Morin), the shy musician dating his daughter Emmy (Bridgit Mendler), and one week of family chaos becomes a gauntlet for him. Around them swirl grown kids, exes, awkward dinners and dangerous quantities of eggnog. Ashley Tisdale features in the cast too.
It's a short, cozy sitcom — eight episodes covering exactly one heated family week between Christmas and New Year's, with no second season.
