Season 2
Experience life's extraordinary journeys.
Synopsis
Our Planet (2019), Season 2 is a Netflix nature documentary you can watch online on iFILM — four chapters narrated by David Attenborough that follow the great seasonal migrations across the globe.
The whole run rests on one idea: animals on the move, and why standing still means dying. Buffalo, polar bears, humpback whales and albatross chicks travel to feed, breed and find a home. As summer sweeps north, snow geese and honey bees get to work, while sea-turtle hatchlings, elephant-seal pups and young pumas set off alone with no parent to follow. The closing chapter turns sober — roads, cities and pollution now cut straight across routes animals have walked for millennia.
The scope matches the first season; the question is what changes. Less "look how beautiful," more "look what it costs to get there." Attenborough explains rather than scolds. Stream Our Planet Season 2 online on iFILM.
