Synopsis
How to Save the Immortal (Кощей. Похититель невест, 2022) is a Russian animated feature you can watch online on iFILM. The deathless dandy Koschei has spent three centuries hunting for a bride and getting nowhere — he has scared off some princesses, kidnapped others, turned a few into frogs, and his heart is still empty.
Across the kingdom, the warrior maiden Varvara spends her days in the arena fending off suitors who want her dowry rather than her hand. Then crafty Tsar Pea enters the picture: he gets hold of Koschei's famous needle and assumes he now controls both the villain's death and the path to Varvara. He overlooks one thing — love can still stir in that shriveled heart. Viktor Dobronravov and Elizaveta Boyarskaya lead the voice cast.
