Synopsis
The Emperor's New Groove (2000) is a Walt Disney Pictures animated comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Director Mark Dindal ditched the studio's usual fairy-tale formula and went for something stranger: a screwball road-trip with an Incan emperor who gets turned into a llama.
Kuzco — voiced by David Spade at peak sardonic — rules the empire as his personal toy. His plan to bulldoze a village for a hilltop resort goes sideways when his own adviser Yzma (Eartha Kitt) poisons him and dumps him in the jungle as livestock. His only shot at getting back to the palace: Pacha, the good-natured farmer from that very village, voiced by John Goodman. Meanwhile Kronk (Patrick Warburton), Yzma's beefy henchman, juggles villainy and a surprisingly excellent spinach puff recipe.
