Synopsis
Medalist (2025), Season 1 is a Japanese figure-skating anime you can watch online on iFILM — thirteen episodes about a coach with no medals and a girl no one believes in.
Tsukasa never made it as a solo skater — he found the ice too late. In Inori, a clumsy fifth-grader whose own mother wants her to quit, he sees himself, and takes her on as his student. The season carries her from a first qualifying badge test to debut competitions like the Meikoh Cup, where rivals appear and one goal sharpens into focus: landing the double Axel. Every jump becomes its own small battle.
Adapted from Tsurumaikada's manga, the show treats the sport seriously — jump technique, judging scores, the weight of a watching crowd, no shortcuts. Its strongest thread is the coach-and-pupil pair, each carrying a dream that never came true. Stream Medalist Season 1 online on iFILM.
