Season 2
Seeing is deceiving.
Synopsis
Watch The Capture Season 2 online on iFILM — six episodes of BBC's 2022 surveillance thriller, streaming in full. DCI Rachel Carey now works inside Correction, the very unit she once tried to expose. The view from the inside is not reassuring.
Invisible assassins move through London, and the trail pulls Carey toward Isaac Turner, an ambitious politician with secrets. During a live interview his broadcast is hijacked, and the man speaking on air is a deepfake of him. The technology stops being a rumour and becomes a weapon. Carey needs someone to trust and keeps coming up empty, because the threat may sit beside her at her own desk. Each episode tightens the knot, and what is really at stake is faith in the image itself.
This season trades Emery's military past for high politics, mass surveillance, and the cold war between government and Big Tech. Showrunner Ben Chanan dials the paranoia up without ever raising his voice. Harder and colder than series one. Stream The Capture Season 2 online on iFILM.
