Synopsis
Downton Abbey Season 4, watch online on iFILM — eight episodes set in 1922, six months after Matthew's death. Lady Mary is deep in grief and wants nothing to do with the estate she now co-owns.
She finds her way back slowly. Gillingham arrives with a proposal; Blake challenges her on the farm; neither path is simple. Anna carries a secret she cannot share with Bates, and that silence quietly poisons everything between them. Edith waits for news of Gregson, who crossed to Germany and stopped writing. Rose brings youthful recklessness into a house still adjusting to the twenties. Branson, widowed and restless, is pulled deeper into running Downton rather than escaping it.
Season four asks what the family looks like once grief has to be worked through rather than postponed — slower than the earlier seasons, and better for it. Stream Downton Abbey Season 4 online on iFILM, all episodes.
