Synopsis
Ugly Americans Season 1 — watch online on iFILM — fourteen episodes of Comedy Central's animated comedy (2010). New York has gone supernatural: zombies queue for employment, demons file for housing, werepeople want legal status. Mark Lilly is the city's only social worker assigned to all of them. Not his idea of a career.
Each of the fourteen episodes drops Mark into a different absurd emergency. He secures a job for an obsessive-compulsive giant ape, fosters a demon orphan, chaperones Callie's Halloween trip to Hell, and tries to document an undocumented werewolf. His coworkers — perpetually drunk wizard Leonard and demon bureaucrat Twayne — treat helping as optional. The show parodies genre staples without pause: Twilight-style vampire romance, zombie cults, soul-contract politics.
