Synopsis
Shark Season (2020) is an American survival horror-thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Three friends paddle out to a remote island for a day of kayaking and end up trapped in the worst day of their lives.
Near the shore a great white starts hunting them. Their kayaks are wrecked, the mainland is too far to swim, and no rescue is coming. Then the tide rolls in and swallows the last scrap of dry land, forcing them straight back into the killer's water. What's left is brutal and simple: a predator, the open sea, and a clock running down on all three of them.
The film comes from Jared Cohn, a reliable hand at low-budget shark pictures. It rides one clean idea — people versus the ocean and its teeth — and doesn't overstay its welcome.
