Synopsis
Promare / Side: Galo (2019) is an eleven-minute anime short from Studio Trigger you can watch online on iFILM. It works as a prequel to the Promare feature, set just one day before that film kicks off.
The focus here is Galo Thymos, the fearless rookie of the Burning Rescue firefighting squad. Expect a quick jolt of Hiroyuki Imaishi's trademark angular animation, neon palette and firefighting staged like a rock show. Loud, fast and built as a warm-up for the main movie.
