Rogue Hostage

Rogue Hostage (2021) is a hard-edged action thriller from director Jon Keeyes that you can watch online on iFILM. Former Marine Kyle Snowden (Tyrese Gibson) is barely keeping his post-traumatic stress in check and easing back into civilian life — until a routine trip to the store turns into a nightmare.

Armed raiders seize the supermarket, and among the hostages are Kyle's young daughter and his stepfather, congressman Sam Nelson (John Malkovich), who happens to own the place. There are negotiations outside and panic within, and Kyle has no weapon and no plan — just his combat training against the gang's ruthless leader (Michael Jai White). To get his family out, he has to outmaneuver the crew inside their own trap and quiet his own demons along the way.
