Synopsis

It all kicks off with a hijacked cocaine shipment. One theft, and the whole town pays — petty hustlers, police, the lot — while a New York kingpin ships in muscle to get the product back. Erica digs, and every lead loops back to Henry's past. Flashbacks fill in what once tied him to Tommy. The river keeps its secrets, though never forever. By the sixth episode the lies and the deals collide in a single motel parking lot.
