Synopsis
Salomé (2001) is a Mexican telenovela you can watch online on iFILM. Salomé dances in a Mexico City nightclub, drawing packed crowds to her sultry routines — though behind the spotlight lies an orphaned childhood marked by hardship.
A local young man, Beto, is hopelessly in love with her, yet she keeps pushing him away. Meanwhile, gloom settles over the wealthy Montesinos household: young Ángela cannot give her husband Julio a child, and his domineering mother Lucrecia dreams of nothing but a grandson. Everything tips the night Ángela's half-brother Diego brings two dancers into the mansion — Salomé and her friend Caricia. The attraction between Salomé and Julio ignites where it absolutely should not.
The series aired from October 2001 to May 2002, headlined by Edith González and Guy Ecker, a marquee pairing of classic Latin American melodrama. If you have a soft spot for old-school telenovelas built on doomed love, jealousy and family secrets, this one will pull you through dozens of episodes. Stream Salomé online on iFILM.
